• Air leak reduction - Air leaks are costly and they are influenced by pressure: the higher the pressure, the greater the amount of air lost. ProTech?s ability to reduce average system pressure through precise pressure control results in reduced energy wasted through leakage.
• Distributed capacity control - The ProTech uses an advanced communication and distributed capacity control system to network compressors as a total air system, leading to increased efficiency and energy savings. By linking the ProTech controllers on each air compressor, the activities of each are coordinated, allowing all compressors to automatically operate as determined by plant air demand, resulting in minimized energy usage.
